No. The retreat is designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Comfortable clothing (light colors preferred), a water bottle, personal toiletries, and a journal for reflection. A detailed packing list will be shared after registration.

Yes, deep inner work often brings emotional release. You will be fully supported by trained SAMA facilitators throughout the journey.

Absolutely. Many participants (including corporate leaders, IT professionals, and entrepreneurs) join to decompress, reset, and regain inner clarity.

Retreat groups are kept intimate for personalized attention, typically between 12–25 participants.
